Autism & development
Thoughtful evaluation of social communication, play, behavior, and early developmental differences.
About
Dr. Augustine Provencio is a licensed clinical psychologist in Menlo Park specializing in psychological and neurodevelopmental assessment for children and teens, from birth to 18. He evaluates autism, ADHD and attention, learning, development, and emotional and behavioral functioning, in English and Spanish. A former 5th-grade teacher and education specialist, he takes a child-centered, strengths-based, culturally responsive approach and writes reports families and schools can act on.

Our approach
Assessments explain how a child learns, behaves, and communicates. Reports translate testing into everyday steps families and schools can use. Dr. Provencio combines clinical training with classroom experience to keep recommendations practical and classroom‑relevant.
